Nope. That's just the outward sign of the chemical process getting under way. You are in the cycle. When it gets too bad, and it will, take a water sample to your local store and get it tested. If your water tests ok at that point, you can get a cleaning crew of snails and such to clean up the mess.
Cleanup crews are fun: certain snails take to the rocks, others like the glass. I had 8 inch algae streamers on the sand, but a fighting conch set them free (they clog overflow teeth: beware) and keeps the sand pretty well. Hermits--the scarlets and blues---are the clowns of the reef, and graze the rocks and sand. You'll soon have something to watch besides bubbles.
