Our SailFin Tang loves hanging out with the nems. Strangest thing, not rub in them like the maroons I have do, but rubs up against it, eat the algae around the nems. not just the BTA but the two Condy's too.

I cant seem to find anything saying the SailFin will hang out with Nems.

So what gives?
:hmm3:

my yellow tang seems to hang out near my haddoni a fair bit. Im hoping now that the clowns are hosting in it they will push him away from it.

My tangs constantly swim by/through my mag and never get hurt by it. Mind you they are very large tangs and over 5+ years in captivity at ths point. My clowns dont use it so something might as well!

he doesn't go in it, but will swim and rub the foot, and sides. ( at the brim of the tentacles.)

doesn't seem to effect him one bit.

I will try and get a small vid of pic of him doing it.

bad cell phone pics but here are pictures.

Neat! Just FYI, if you feed that BTA, the tentacles will get a lot longer.

We do, if you look down a bit further in this subsection you will see I posted it just split.

if you look at the pictures, you will there is actually two different nems in the pics with the sail fin.

and they havent wanted to eat since the split... as their mouth aren't fully formed.

someone on the cmas board posted this the other day at 1 point in the video it talks about how other fish are becoming more hostable by anemone's.. either way a cool video
