I saw this "BTA" on Diver's Den

Saw this guy on DD. I've never seen a BTA with such crazy striping around the tentacle bases before. Is it really a BTA, and has anyone seen them with stripes like that? Just curious.

I see them around from time to time, Used to own a green one with those markings
