I want a fish lol

So I'm up in eureka and went into a local aquarium shop here and wow what a great sw section. They have Tonga live rock and good coral section. Anyway there's a really neat fish and I'm tempted to buy it. The question is I'm 3 hours from Cloverdale and what would I need for it to survive the trip thanks

A bag with water. It should be find for the trip. It's not that hot now and a lot of fish will make an overnight shipment just fine.

What kind of fish is it?

Last year when we were coming back from Disney Land we took a detour because of traffic, turned out it was a bad idea, and mine, but we stopped at a tiny LFS in some town. They had a bunch of cool stuff.

I brought fish and coral back from vivid aquarium when I went to Disney land and they did great

Should be fine. Will not be an issue if they pack with o2. Even if they use air, make sure the bag is 2/3 air minimum. Just enough water to keep the fish submerged. They will suffer from lack of o2 before ammonia burns or anything like that. 3 hours is nothing. I've had the airlines lose packages when I would ship fish and they would be ok 3 days or so as long as they were packed well

I believe you mean "stippled clingfish".

Interesting critter. Thanks for the learning opportunity. Apparently a carnivorous goby member with modified ventral fins that allow it to cling to hard substrate. Detaches to grab food when floats by. Supposed to have a unique tail wiggling behavior when excited. Please let us know if you see that.
