I was told it was a very small bubbletip but?

I posted a picture of this a couple months ago and got the answer nothing to worry about just a small bubbletip anemone. It's getting bigger and I have my doubts. Here are two pics any help I can get would be great. If it is an aptasia how would I get rid of it because it is growing at the base of a rock clam? Oh and it's about an inch and a half wide

It's Aiptasia, you can hit it with kalk paste but if you don't have any inject it with boiling water. They're not that big of a deal in small numbers, but they can quickly multiply.

wouldn't the hot water irritate it? I heard they spew out eggs when they get irritated.. idk how true that is.. I usually gently blow water at it until it goes back into its hole then use coral glue to cover it up.
