I'm in the process of deciding which ballasts to purchase. I think everyone seems to be preferring the Icecap ballast. Why? Is there something wrong with the ARO ballast? I purchased the Iwasaki 14k bulbs to run in my ROIII pendants. Is the Icecap ballasts really worth the extra money?

They will both work fine, Icecap has a long and solid track record combined with excellent customer service, they are only a few $$ more. Personally, I'd go with the Icecap.
