Ich or not

Hi guys.
i have 2 clowns, 1 yellow tang, 1 flame angle, i hippo, i noticed some spots on the hippo. shes eating like a hog, i feed her 3-4 times a day with mysis and marine blend cubes mixed with garlic. also nori seaweed with garlic extract. hipo is the only fish seems to have these white marks.
now i know ich is like a salt grain on the body, sitting out of the skin attacked to the skin. these white marks are NOT on the skin, they are in the skin more like a scale or two missing. some look like indentions like been poked with a sharp pointed object.

some of the lesions look bigger though, but I see a lot of black dots as well. Anyone else have an idea?

Looks more like Lymphocystis to me. Ich looks like the fish has been sprinkled with salt. This does not look like that.

I cannot agree. In my opinion, not even close.

let me clear this up... black spots u see are like holes in the body of the fish. not anything clinging to skin., white patches are patches like discolor in skin not anything clinging either.

might be some kind of parasite or fluke that you can't see unless under a microscope. did you find anything out from the disease forum?

Looking at the eyes I would say ich and on the body looks like ich and scares from where the ich was imo
