All of a sudden my powder brown tang has ich pretty bad, hes stll eating and im dipping the food with garlic maybe it helps, but dou guys reccomend any meddication that wont harm my coral? I tried quick cure before when i had few corals also ick attack but now i have alot of sps n dont want to risk it

There is no such thing as a coral/invert/reef safe ich cure. You need to treat ALL of your fish in a HT/QT while the DT stays fishless for 10+ weeks. Garlic does absolutely nothing to help an active ich infestation. I'd read the ich stickies in the disease section and post your problem there.

I would wait it out and do nothing but water changes....anything else would stress him out and make it worse sorry but thats my best recommendation....dont take much to get these guys full of ich its almost like they look for an excuse lol!

The ich stresses them a whole lot more than treating the ich. You have to eliminate ich, not play footsie with it.

As MrTuskfish has already said, all fish need to be moved into a QT tank or hospital tank and treated for ich by one of the three proven means: hyposalinity, copper, or tank transfer. I think there are a couple other methods becoming popular, but I haven't kept up with them. The display tank with your corals and other inverts needs to remain fishless for at least 10 weeks.

Then after treatment is completed, it is highly recommended that you QT everything wet going into your tank to prevent ich from comin back.
