ID - glass, fast, dark, scurry

I know, these are not great pictures. They are very difficult to shoot, and are less than 1mm. They seem to reproduce or at least group in slightly more dim areas (as dim as 2x 400w can be) of the tank. I've seen flatworms before, and these run about 3-4 times as fast. They're move of a run than a slide. They're relatively dark, and look like small pencil tips to the normal eye. I can see I think two tentacle sweepers and some have a small "tail" per say.

Any clues? I just want to make sure something didn't slip in that will cause issues. Again, did the best I can with the pictures, but I'll keep trying if a positive ID isn't made.

Congratulations! You're the proud father of several hundred (?thousand) living pieces of fish food. You have copepods & mysids, maybe some other types of crustaceans as well.

My systems have been online for over a year and a half... I hadn't seen these dark dots until recently, that's was my cause for concern. Thanks.
