ID on feather dusters please

My LR was woefully bare of hitchikers except for a bunch of tiny feather dusters (no problem, I love those guys). They're growing very fast and one of them is big enough to see the tiny red dots on the crown. Just wondering if anyone knows what kind these are so I have some idea of how big they will get. This is not my photo but it looks just like my little guy. Thanks!
