Hey guys, received a shipment from liveaquaria, suppose to be gigs but they are looking like haddonis, lmk what you guys think? THanks in advance.

I think it is a Gigantea. Picture of the column will confirm this. Get a stick and lift the oral plate for the column picture

One of the picture show foot of an anemone. That foot look like that of a Haddoni. Gigantea have to have a pastel color foot lighten to tan on top of the column and have to have colored veracues.

yes Minh, they were haddonis, liveaquaria's guys confirmed it monday am so they sent me new gigs, photos will be up soon. One is on cipro but the other looks good, may have a brown and green one but they are small but will not mind growing them from that size. Love the service from live aquaria, have to say thumbs up on their guarantee and how they handle the matter.

Yes, yes, concentrating on nems now Minh not so much sps and wondering if haddonis and gigs are compatible in same tank.

yes, you can have them in the same tank... just put haddoni in the low flow areas of your tank, seeing ur tank in person your tank has some crazy flow for your gigs... haddonis usually like calmer flow to my experience...

I got Gigs and Hadoni in the same tank before and now in the same system. I don't think there is any problem with mine. No carbon either

Here are the pics of the haddonis and gigs from liveaquaria, small but healthy with mouth close tight after shipping. First photo is haddoni on cipro treatment, day 4

it will be a collection especially after the treated nems make it to the DT, cant wait til they grow out, every clown will have a carpet nem :)

green carpet went into cipro treatment, it is not as full as I want him to be, will update with pics, day two and he looks better with more tentacle extension. The new nems are eating well and very responsive.
