IF your tank perimeters has been consistent
and still getting STN? can these parasites be the cause?
I believe these parasites are as bad as AEFW if not worst because they can't be seen by naked eyes.

It's possible that the "parasites" are just scavengers cleaning up after RTN. Do you have any pics of them eating at the line between health and dead tissue?

Can you see a transparent mass about 1/16" radius around the "cores"? You might need to blow some air on the coral (use your mouth), the coral surface will loose the shine from the water but the shine from the flatworm body may become visible against intense light. Some AEFW are completely transparent with just a visible nuclei like the ones you are showing.

yeah the aefw that hit me would melt right into the coral and you could not see it until you basted it off and then it would curl up and float away it killed over 15 colonies over 6 weeks...and what they didn't kill the dip did..(revive) dip not good for smooth skinned acros.

With RTN, you will see strips of tissues peeling off the coral skeleton. These appear to be parasites.
