Ignitus anthias

I had three ignitus anthias in a 220 gallon tank with two clowns and three bangaii. One of the three ignitus had recently turned to a male and now the other two have passed away. There was no damage to the body or fins, but the both acted like they were struggling to breathe.
My salinity is at 1.023 and my ph and nitrates are low. The other fish are doing extremely well.
Any thoughts on what happened?

Might want to post actual param numbers, as I can see the one posted on salinity is low, not sure what you mean by PH being low.
I would bump salinity to 1.026

The salinity wouldn't have harmed them, but actual parameters might be helpful. How long have you had them? Were they quarantined? Were all 3 eating/how many times a day were they being fed? What were you feeding?
