Can anyone say which types of caulerpa are illegal?

The primary one is Caulerpa taxifolia, dubbed the 'killer algae' by the media. There are 8 others that are now banned in California, too, as they've also been deemed either destructive or too difficult for hobbyists to distinguish from taxifolia.
Here's the complete list of the banned 9:
C. taxifolia
C. racemosa
C. mexicana
C. scalpelliformis
C. verticillata
C. floridana
C. cupressoides
C. sertularoides
C. ashmeidii

Not much you can do about it if it magically appears out of LR and DSB after 3 yrs. I didn't add it, but it appeared.... currently in the cooking process.

Ya, but with Limbaugh they just tried to run a case up the flag pole to see what they would find.
