I'm gonna have a meltdown.....

I'm about as confused as you are about your tank conundrum Gary. Screw it, get a realtor? Cough up the equity, but get better exposure? .... Stick it out???.... Stay put and redo my 180??? .... It's making me nuts.

Big to-do at the town hall tonight. Gonna be a crab-fest about our taxes. Lots of village residents yammering... "Can't fight City Hall!" We'll just see about that!
 
We've got State, County, AND Village taxes. The Village taxes have been killing home sales in my town because people 4 streets over don't have to pay them AND they have a better school district. It's a tough sell around here, especially because no one really seems to know just what those extra taxes cover.
 
just to make you feel better 2 days before we where to move in our house the bank of the people who owned the house declared a short sale on it.this was in back in august our house was sold so we have been in an apartment since then ,but I only had to move 1 75g and a 36g and still waiting on the sale
 
Looks like we're going to cave and get a friggin realtor. My neighbor's "for sale by owner" is a kiss of death. Realtors won't bring people down the street for fear of straying clients back dooring them by buying a By Owner house. This guy next door is basically costing me $6-7K the way I see it. There goes my new tank money.....
