Start to finish was about 2 hours. I think 2 people could do it in about 45 minutes or less.

where did you get the aluminum? great reflectors couldn't do any better then buying them. how are you going to keep the mogul socket in place?

That sheet came from innovative lighting solutions, but they don't carry it any more.

I worked on the adjustability factor this evening, so I can use different bulbs and be able to center the bulb in the reflector.

I'd be lucky to be able to count to ten after working sheet metal like that ... nice job! In the interest of finger preservation, I bought my LA IIIs and minis, would have loved to save some of that cash!

Yeah, you're right. It should look good with coralline and corals on it.

Man, how have you guys been. Lot's happening with the Tampa Bay Reef Club. It's been reinvigorated...lots going on these days.
Y'all need to come to a meeting. It's in Brandon on May 12 and in Bradenton on June 9. Both of you need to post some current pics of your tanks on the Tampa Bay site here on RC.

been really busy... i bought an old 71 ford maverick grabber about a month ago that ive been fixing and working with alot and that and school are taking up all my time so not much free time or money for my tank.. but its doing great!!!

maybe the one in bradenton will be good
