I'm set up again

Well after a few months without a tank I'm set up and waiting for a cycle. I've set up a 29 gallon oceanic HQI bio cube with caribsea Tahittian Moon black sand, and so far I've got 16 pounds of Fiji live rock figured I would need 25-30lbs but 16 may be enough

Yes I'm the one that had the sharks and stingrays.
I managed to find a tank less than 6 months old. I still need to find some moonlights been doing research to add a better skimmer when the time is right. Looking at the reef keeper system if I can figure out how to add the thunderstorms and everything to it the controllers aren't to bad. Anyone know how to set the reefkeeper system up if I chose to get one and which do I need the reef keeper elite or the reef keeper light module

I am not much help on this one as I have not used or owned one of these yet. What ar e you planning on setting it up as? full reef?

what would you consider "reasonable"? and are you ready for one now? I can look at the swap if you are. I know quite a few people buy the mp10 then upgrade to the 40 later on so they are available a lot

Hey Brent,I have a reefkeeper lite,They are easy to setup.Just make sure you get it with the 2.0 or newer software.It would do everything you would need for your tank.I haven't messed with the thunderstorm settings.

Snakeman I see on there website its only 119.00 for the controller idk what else I will need to go along with it I've not had a chance to thoroughly research it.

Dzones- idk I see new they are around 260 where I've seen them idk of they are worth that or if I'd be better off with koralia I may go to the swap idk yet

The $119.00 package comes with head unit, itemp, pc4 and program cable/bus cable.if you want internet you have to buy a seperate cable.If you are running several things you might have to buy an additional pc4.

I don't have Internet at home except my phone great to live in middle of nowhere. So what all will that run
