In Wall, but not really?

I am looking at taking our 90 gallon (or upgrading) and building a wall around it. I was curious how many of you have done something like this and if you have pictures. My laundry room is about 30 feet away, but I would like to build something around the tank that I can bring the plumbing down into from the drop ceiling (tank and laundry is already in the basement).

At the same time, I want it to be able to be removed if I ever sell the house as to not be a big issue for the buyer. There is also an office on the other side of the same wall, so I am trying to be careful with it as well.

I would love to see how some of you have possibly solved this problem.

I would just build around it using standard 2x4 and moisture resistant drywall. When/ if you move, rip the drywall down and demo the framing with a hammer.
