Inline exhaust fan suggestions

Have a roughly 10x20 fishroom with a ceiling fan that has long since died. The ceiling fan is ducted outside but am looking for an line fan I think. Am interested in a QUIET fan that can deal with humidity that is affordable ($250 or less) and will stand up to the task. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Have you searched for fans targeted at "Grow" rooms?

Noctua makes most quiet fans but they are expensive and made for computers not for ventilating a room.

I use one of these with a fan speed controller to vent my basement fume hood (basement brewery). Works great, relatively quiet.
