Internal Organs

I had to kinda tear down my tank for about 4 horus today to remove a dwarf angel. Anyway, my 4 inch maxima is open and looks fine, its just one part of his internal organ is sticking out of the incurrent. Im a bit worried about it, any idea what the clam is doing? I have one other teardrop maxima which is fine atm, which is why I wont bother posting perameters.

yeah, its white, sticks out about 1/4 an inch...

could it be its foot? my hippopus done that and freaked me out.

hm, guess it could have been, its now stopped and he's normal again. It was just a tad bit concerning to see my prized maxima with what seemed to be his insides being expelled =P. Anyway, all is well now.
