Intova ic 12 ?

Hi everyone, I'm looking into buying a camera for diving. I'm looking into the intova ic 12. Does anyone on here have any experience with it or any similar cameras in the same price range (200-250)? http://www.intova.net/products/intova-ic12-digital-sports-camera-2/
I'm looking for a relatively cheap camera that takes good pictures underwater and decent ones on land. Any suggestions would be appreciated
