Introducing Carpet Anemone

Hey guys
I have just got myself a carpet anemone.
I'm not sure how to add it to my tank as its only about the size of an open hand, and blows around quite easily.
I've turned the mp40's off but still doesn't want to settle. I have only had it for 2 hours.
Anyone got any hints and tips on adding it to my tank?

You should quarantine it for at least one week to make sure it is healthy. Not attaching to substrate could already be a sign that something is wrong.
