I have been talking to Matt about this order, he said that he would beat the internet prices... I don't think its fair for him to do that... We should support our local businesses not use them... I thought we would use the reeftopia prices... But you also have to take into acount that we will be charged taxes on this order... If you calculate $5.50 x .0925tax it comes out to $6... then you add another .49 for exact paypal fees... And I'm making a whopping .50 off you... I thought you wouldn't mind chipping in for gas... Unless you want to take a half day off from work the day before the meeting and drive up to Bristol to pick up the order???

Hard day at work... Maybe I overreacted... Its just frustrating enough trying to put this order together... And I'm trying to be fair by everyone... I couldn't cut as much off the total on the small order... Unfortunately there are flat fees associated with paypal... And I don't want to come out paying for other peoples stuff out of my pocket... The good news is that my account accepts credit cards... 
We definately need to discuss using club funds for group buys like this... I didn't think this order would end up this large... I really don't mind driving up there...
FWIW I did a Reeftopia order back in Nashvegas one time and it ended up being around $700 and I payed with my credit card....didn't have any trouble getting money but coordination was a PITA. I aprechiate your efforts Randy. So do you want us to go ahead and Pay Pal you?

Chris~ Nope... If you saw a blacksmith there, it was probably Dudley... I apprenticed with him a few years back... I come in a few times a year to help out with labs and clinics...
Don~ If you're definately going to the meeting, I might bring the inverts by the Friday I pick them up... I may not be able to attend... The Cincy Frag Swap is the same day...

I finally got through to Matt... Or at least someone answered his phone... Apparently he's had to have surgery... Not life threatening, but it explains the hard to get ahold of... So I was planning on placing the order through Reeftopia the first of next week, in order to receive the day before the meeting... I can place it any time sooner... But I've only received Art's payment thus far... LMK what you guys want to do...
