Is a 1" Barb, 1" PVC Pipe, 1" Bulkhead all the Same?

So recently I purchased Bulkheads that had barbs on them already. They are 1" Bulkheads

I then Bought a 1" compression fitting for my Vectra L1

I then bought a 1" Extra Barb's for my CPR Filter Sock Holder.

The Crown of the entire project was purchasing the 1" ID Black tubing.

The thought process is that the 2 1" Drains will drain from the tank (Herbie Style) 1 Primary 1 Backup Emergency. The Vectra L1 will pump water back into the tank.

The Problem -

The VECTRA L1 compression fitting to the 1" Slip X Insert Works GREAT.
The Hose to the 1" bulkhead however DOES NOT. IT won't slide over the barbs without some elbow grease and a cup of hot water. I believe these barbs were probably meant for the Eshops style type of Overflow. The Corrugated kink Free Pipes.

I'm cool with using the 1" hose but I want to make sure that I'm not hindering my tank by using that tube. Can I reasonably expect the exact same flow through the Barb/Bulkhead/Tube if they are ALL 1" ID??

Compare the ID and you will see that barb fitting present greater flow restriction - I try to avoid them. Flex/ultra flex offer similar flexibility to vinyl hose and glues into regular 1" PVC. Superior IME. Not unusual to have to soften vinyl hose to get it over barb fittings.
