Is my condy dying?

I got a condylactis anemone 3 days ago and it had been very good until i came home from work today. It has started to turn itself inside out and im not sure if this is a normal thing or if i should take it out ASAP?

That is beyond recovery. I would remove it.

Not sure if its dead but it doesnt look good. You have no tank specs but by the pic it looks kinda new. If so they like a more mature tank. Like a year or so.
