I am interested in this tank and would like to know (just based on the info) if it sounds like a good deal:
"210 gallon glass reef ready saltwater aquarium setup. It measures 6ft wide 30 tall and 24 inches wide. Complete with oak stand, metal halide light canopy, Wet Dry Trickle Filter. Canopy has 4 400 metal halide reflectors and ballasts."
Oh yah asking price is $800

That's a good price. Now you just have to see it, preferably with water inside to make sure there are no leaks. Also check for scratches on the tank and dents on the stand/canopy that you won't be able to live with.

Sounds like you will need a skimmer So tha will be about 3 to 400 bucks. The MH are gong to be expensive for elect. and you may need a chiller. Is this your first foray into the hobby? What kind of return pump?

Plan on getting an oversized skimmer. Going to sell the MH's (hopefully make enough to buy some lights), do led or t-5's.
As far as return pumps I'm not sure yet.
I've had a reef for 5+ years.

210 gallon glass reef ready
6ft wide 30 tall and 24 inches wide.
stand,
canopy
Wet Dry Trickle Filter
Canopy has 4 400 metal halide reflectors and ballasts
and I got 300lbs of dry rock (nice stuff too!)
All for $700!
The lights are sold and I am going to use 2 x 36" marineland double bright l.e.d.
I am picking up the return pump (Iwaki) and skimmer (octopus recirc) from a friend.
I am going to use 4 koralia 1400's for circulation.

What are you hoping to keep in the reef? The pair of Marineland double brights may not be enough. With your tank being 30" deep, you may want to go with more powerful LEDs with higher density than that.
