Is this bad? 🍄

My red mushrooms on the left side of my rank seem to be stretching out a few inches. They look like umbrellas and there's about 15 of them around the rock. I did some research of my own but couldn't find much. Some of my zoas are doing this as well but not nearly stretching out as far. I have other mushrooms and zoas that are not doing this, and they are growing happily. Any ideas on what I can do to stop this? Or if it's not a problem? Thanks.

I'm using a maxspect Razer 420r. I bought one from Carlos a month or two ago.

What % are you running the leds at? Also what the depth of the tank? I know Carlos did well with those Razors growing SPS in his 120. Can't imagine that fixture not being sufficient enough for mushrooms and zoas.

I run them at 65%w and 75%b for four hours and 75%w 85%b for two hours. My tank is 1 1/2 feet deep.

WOW, that's high for a foot and a half depth. Your saying their still stretching? I'm going to wait for Carlos to chime in on this subject.

When you say left side of your tank, do you mean far left? What are your tank dimensions.

What about your flow, does that area get a lot of flow?

Looks normal to me, when I used to have mushrooms, some would have long stalks and some stayed more flat.

It's a 55g corner tank. They are in the front left corner. There's decent flow. Could it possible be because they are shading each other?

That's a possibility.

Here are my mushrooms. Ran on a sh%t box at 5% white and 30% blue. Frag tank is 10” high with very little flow and fixture at least 2 feet above the water surface.

I've been wanting to re-scape my tank so I can move some coral off of my sand bed, I'll move the rock they're on and if they still are stretching I'm going to frag them and move them around. These things are massive, most of them are a little bit smaller than a round coaster. Going to see if it helps at all. What should I run my lights at? I have mostly lps/ softies and some easy sps, thanks

I moved their rock and they are still doing it, also I think my zoas are high skirting. Brought my lights down a bit. I’ll post pics of my zoas
