Depends on chiller really. You get one with correct loading and some sort of capcity control you will be alright. Components of chiller play a big part (thanks for buying US btw). Safeties and redundancy are also critical. Get them while they are young, train like nbd13 does in his preliminary tank, feed sponges as treats, & keep them well fed.
By the way.. one thing that I didnt like about the Japanese guy I am talking to is that he runs his tank at 73 degrees!! In Houston, my electric bill would skyrocket. Not only that, it lessens the life of the chiller which sets me up for failure.
