Roger,

The clamp on my nanostream broke. How do I go about getting a replacement? I also have it plugged into a timer kicking on and off about every 30-45 minutes. However, I noticed that on most start ups I'm starting to get a reverse flow. What can I do to fix that issue?

When did you buy the pump? How long has it been in use? I need more info to solve backwards rotation. If you PM me your info I can send a clamp.

PM sent. The pump was bought roughly three months ago and have been in use since. I have it on an on/off cycle for every 30-45 minutes during the day. It is completely off during the night for about 11 hours.

Has the pump been cleaned? Backwards rotation is caused by one the following- calcium or debris build up, or a missing disk, you should have a plastic disk that is at the bottom of the shaft and does not come out and a stainless steel one that will fall out easily.
