is there a way to prevent snails from getting into the unit... or is there a certain size snail that won't fit into a Stream intake housing? (Crazy question, I know!)
IYO - Tunze Stream 1 or 2 pumps?

i think some well placed egg crate would resolve any snail issues.. it seems only certain size astrea seem to do it in... about quarter size diameter seem to do it just right... my tangs always pic at them so im not sure youd have to do some fancy glueing..
