		In Bob Fenner's web article on jawfish, he says "be wary of utilizing air-driven lifts with these fishes as they do not appreciate the bubbling, gurgling sounds they produce."  I'm considering adding jawfish to a tank with a reverse Carlson surge device installed.  It generates a fair amount of noise for a couple of seconds each time it fires.  I think it's similar to surf noise, but a fish might think differently.
