Have you added phos remover back in?.
Are you vinegar dosing yet?.

How many cubes and what else are you feeding at the moment?. Not as much as David yet?...

Thanks

Mo

Hi Luc,

What's the second dosing pump on the DaStaco?.
Do you have a picture of it?.

Do you dose vinegar 30ml once per day or by dosing pump?.
Did you slowly build up, or just suddenly add it to your regime at 30ml?. Any bacterial blooms or cloudy water?. Were your nitrates high before you started dosing vinegar again?.

Thanks
Mo

Have you considered a "degasing system" at the return of your reactor? Only seen one used in Machados setup where the Ca Alk demand is also very high...

Hi, Jawsee has a Dastaco Extrem III, so he has a main reactor and 2 degazing room.

Hi Mo,it's a normal IKS,i did not had enought water going from the reactor into the system so i doubled the volume.

Vinigear is by a dosing pump,no cloudy water,it is not that much i give.

No3 never is been high after refreshing the system.

Hi Luc:)

It's so good to know, that we have some
of the most beautiful tanks here in Europe!
Your tank is in the same league as Chingchais, David Saxby and
Dan Feig!
I would love to drop by, when I come to Belgium
next time:)
Especially your coral selection was and is breathtaking again!
Best of luck! And be sure I will follow this thread:)

Greetings from Germany
Mathias
