Hard to imagine that this tank has only been wet for 6 months, and only had coral in it for for 5. Coral really took off looking back at the old pics, especially for not dosing regularly and not even having the dosing pumps hooked up yet (I know I know). I'm sure I'll have a lot of frags after the move with the colonies breaking in the buckets. It'll make re-aquascaping easier though. Gotta be positive right?
The new leopard wrasse really fit in. I was leery on purchasing her b/c she was a new arrival to the LFS and looked a little beat up, but I had good luck with my potters wrasse so I gave her a try. After about a week of hiding in my tank under the gravel (only coming out for about 10min. a day) she stayed out most of the day today. She even accepted frozen mysis and brine shrimp today, so that made me really happy. She sleeps right under my male flame wrasse.
The new lavender tang, elbi angel, and potters angel were also removed from the frag tank and went in the main display today. I still have 1 potters angel in my frag tank I'm still observing. He picks here and there but his stomach is small. If he doesnt start eating more by tomorrow I'm probably going to do some prazipro for internal parasites (I hate treatments but I know prazipro works well).
