T, Dont worry. Mine did not make it. I havent seen him in over a week so i assume he is gone. The more i read and ask some people about these the more i realize they have a bad track record. almost like a clown tang

It was definitely worth a try as i think these fish are so cool, one of my favs. I hope for sure Jims does better and for $50 its definitely worth a try!

Down the road i definitely want a bottom dweller maybe something like this, even thoough they seem to stay way small. still looks very cool

Me either. says best kept in a nano and with no inverts but looks very cool and care level is easy

The one Jim is getting is healthy as all get out and eats like a pig!

BTW, I seen the Multicolor and he is sweet. I would have taken him if he wasn't all ready spoken for!! Nice fish your getting eagle!

I know that they are difficult to keep, so I hope that my system and husbandry is up to the task

I'm a little concerned about adding the BSJ and lineatus pair with the problems I'm having with my fish though

On a lighter note:

I have some good news on the my sps corals

All the frags that I picked up from Tim still have great PE and are maintaining their color for the most part. A little browning on a couple, but they are still maintaining PE and I see that their color is starting to brighten up. Also, many of the frags that I picked up from Mark are coloring back up and looking very good at this point

The system is starting to mature, and I hope in the next couple of months I start to see some more results!!! I am very happy at this point! I know there is a long road ahead, but my recent results have been very encouraging. I hope by adding my CA-rx I don't cause too much damage :eek2:

Ya I had some tissue loss and lost some sps when I started mine.

Just make sure your alk is were you want it before starting it,
I think that was my mistake and not double checking the test kits.

I can try to get some shots, but seriously, my close-up's are really not worth the embarrassment. To add to that, I don't have a macro lense either.

Jim, for some reason, I cannt see any new posts on the ATB forum. I get email messages that new people have posted but cannot see the new ones. The latest post I see is from gsmguy on 6/22. I can't even post on any threads on the atb forum. Any ideas why?
