For those of you who aren't familiar with him, here's a little info about Murry from our Ctars website:

Murray W. Camp is a reef aquarist, speaker, and author with over seventeen years of experience in the hobby, with reef systems from 5 to 700 gallons. His articles have appeared in publications such as CORAL Magazine.

He is also the moderator of an expert forum on Probiotics and Labile Organic Carbon Dosing on the Marine Depot forums. He has presented at numerous reef conferences and events around the country, including MACNA XXIII, Long Island Reef Association, Chicagoland Marine Aquarium Society, Cleveland Saltwater Enthusiasts Association, Boston Reefers Society, Pacific Northwest Marine Aquarium Society, Puget Sound Aquarium Society, Texas Marine Aquarist Conference, Chesapeake Marine Aquarium Society, Dallas Marine Aquarium Society, and others.

He resides in Dallas, Texas with two kids, a Great Dane, and more marine invertebrates than he can accurately count, and he supports his reef obsession by practicing business trial law.

Were putting up the July meeting thread a bit early for a couple reasons. We would like to give advance notice so folks can save the date to come join in on the fun. Also we would like to start a sign up sheet for donations of food dishes. The club will be providing hamburgers and hotdogs. We are asking the members to bring side dishes and other stuff to make the BBQ happen.

If you are able to bring something please post it up and I will keep a running list which will continue to update in this thread.

Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing everyone there as well as some good food!

Hey, providing the wife doesn't make any conflicting plans I should be ble to make this one. Nice!

I have chickens and im sure i could get my wife to make some deviled eggs. You wont get them any fresher than that, lol

Capt and I will be there. We can bring pasta salad.

Ok so far we have

Bubbabobob
Deviled eggs (or possibly fried chickens if he gets sick of all the eggs lol)

Sass and Capt
Pasta salad

We also need a couple large tents or canopies to set the projector up inside.

I'm toying with the idea of marinating a couple dozen shrimp to throw on the grill. Any objections? And how spicy should I go?
