Ed,

I dont need more than 2 switches. I only want there to be more bulbs on the other switch. 6 on one, 4 on the other.

Thats why im thinking of going with the sfiligoi, because they are more evenly distributed amongst the switches. I really want to be able to run more than 2 bulbs day lights. But i could never so only 2 actinics either. So unless ATI would be willing to do a 10 x 80w, with the switches split 6 and 4 i would go with ATI.

Although, as silly as it may sound, i like the glass shield much more than the plexi one. i think ATI uses the plexi shield.

Glass shield is defiantly better as it don't sag after a long used :p

Did u look at G-mann Matrix?? Looks very similar to sfiligoi but I think slightly cheaper too :)

its a hundred $ more. Also, it doesnt mention being actively cooled. Im sure it is though.

I havent ruled any of them out.

Im going to contact ATI and see what they say about a custom wired unit.

amazing build thread! i actually got some great zoa frags from junior from another site and now i know where they are coming from!!

Looking good! i am starting my upgrade as well and i will be tagging along hopefully pick up some pointers from you.

Well part 1 of the system is almost in the books. Its not even close to done, but its getting there.

Here is just some quick snaps of the setup. Its not even close to being done, but its coming together. All the wiring and such is obviously not going to be like that when im done.

I will be buttoning up this part hopefully tonight, and shortly there after get the last wall up, and then as soon as $$$ allows, tie in the 300 display.

Im waiting on my hanging kit for the lights, but i loaded the fixture up last night, and am VERY pleased with the colors.

Its a 72" constellation from aquatinics.
