Junior's Reef

How long has it been since that crash? I always loved how you just restarted on top of the old skeletons. It makes your reef look like a real piece of the ocean and not something contrived (as they all actually are).

In a word...magnificent.
Thanks, John...that means a lot coming from you!
Mark- I'm trying to remember a salt mishap. There was one back at the old house using Crystal Sea. .the bio assay one pushed by Dr Ron. Other than that... ya stumped me!
Maybe you're thinking about the aquarium leak/replacement or the anemone rampage that killed sps...or somebody else :)

Wasn't it shortly before this 11/09 pic?

It does appear to show some problems :)

I haven't located the explanantion for what was going on at the time but it DOES show folks that recovery is very possible. I still have the corals that survived that time period.

Right. Not taking shots at you Gary. Trying to show others it ain't easy. A lot of people might have thrown in the towel but you've actually used it to your advantage. Yours is one of the most authentic looking reefs out there. Looks looks like a slab of real reef in your living room. That once a disaster has added to the foundation of your aquascape.

I realize its not your intent but no problem taking shots here.
I'm a skeptic. That's why I had to try Crystal Seas for myself :)
