Just dipped new corals in revive, rinsed and placed in tank. How long till they open?

What are your experiences, thoughts on this? I'll post when they do open as well. I'm kinda excited and this is helping to fill my void while I'm waiting. Sorry that the pictures aren't the greatest.

Purple dealie could be green star polyp (with a ton of coarline algae on the rock).

It kind of looks like green star polyps. I could be wrong but that is my best guess.

Usually open within a day or so, and if I am not mistaken the free is green star polyps.

Do I want the gsp? How hard is it to remove after it's spread and carpeted other rocks?

I Love Revive... I only wish I would have started using it from the beginning... I can't believe how much junk comes off! Mine usually open by the next morning.

It's a pest IMO, It spreads like wild fire and takes over all in its path, it's also a big problem to remove. I had some grow over a montipora cap. If you want to keep it, I would suggest isolating it on an island away from the main rockwork.

I have read of people keeping gsp in the sand and then it spreads like a mat. Supposedly it's easier to cut and then remove or "crop" it.

^ yep that's another option but be carful it doesn't get on the main rockwork, it really is a pain
