just got back from grand cayman

well i took a 7 day trip to stay with a buddy of mine at his house. well let me tell you the reefs there are awsome so much life. i have only been one other place and that was st lucia. this place blow it away. snorkleing is all you would need to do. the reefs are shallow and just tons of coral and fish. check out the pics.

i think i shrunk the pics to much if anyone wants to see a better shot ill resubmit them. but ya i forgot to say i swam with a nurse shark and got to tuoch it and a green moray eel, and sting rays. it was great highly recommended.

Next time you are down that way swing over to Belize. It is wonderful as well. I was just down to Grand Cayman, Belize, Cosumel and Costa Maya on a cruise. We snorkeled at all and LOVED Belize. The Nurse sharks and Rays at Belize would come right to ya. The advantage to G.C. is the reef is closer to the shore where as you need a tender to get out to it in Belize. I can't wait for next season. We are planning a trip to KeyWest next August,. I heard that was good as well.

o i dream of going to belize i heard it is the best next to the great barrier reef. but are u close to the coral?

sweet corals you took pics of! does anyone know where you can get one of those "jeweled" damsels i think they are in the last picture? i saw some in bimini in the bahamas and i love them

i have only seen like 3 in this store by my house and they were $40.00 like 2 years ago. yes the jewel damsel is my most favorite

bigbadbasile i found 3 jewel damsels today let me know if you want some they were only $20.00 cheaper than i have ever seen them . they were at my buddies store.

hEY bigbadbasile, were you with Blackbeards when you were in Bimini? I have been on 4 blackbeards dive trips - love the stops in Bimini. Seems to be the main way people get there....
