After over a year of planning, moving, family changes, etc, etc.... I finally got the tank in the right spot - I think
I'm hoping to get some time this weekend to work on the pluming, plenum and gravel of the tank. At one time everything was all done, but had to use some of the pluming to get the 75G running, this time should be a bit easier as I don’t need to the whole thing again.
Here is a picture of the room with both tanks, some how I plan to plum them together after the tank cycles to avoid loosing any more corals.

I hate to sound like a geek, but it is spelled "plumbing" after the latin word plumbum. That is why lead is Pb on the periodic table. The romans used lead as pipes.

Yes it is, and yes you are a geek. jk That's what happens when you don't do spell check.

So far, the sump and return lines are plumbed, now I have to work on the close loop, from there a good old test with fresh water. I'm just glad is hot so I can take a bath in it when is full. jk again. Once I'm done I will water the grass in the back yard.

Thanks. Eventually the 75G is going to come down and a sofa will go in its place and once the boys claim this spot, I may have to move into the garage

Most of the plumbing is done, I'm just waiting for the mail man to deliver the dolphin manifold. I was also thinking of raising the tank a bit by placing a 4X4 across the bottom, but will see after I fill it up with fresh water, which I'm going to start now while I wait for the mail man.

The tank is level and plumbed. I installed the plenum, made about 40 gallon change in the last 2 days in my 75G and used the old water to filled the 200G to start the cycling process. I will install a second mesh and then some more sand/crush coral.

TheCoralReef731, the bulbs are (2) 250W XM's on ARO electronics ballasts. There is no other lights in the tank.

I finally will. I just finished the last batch of water to go in the sump and I will turn on the main pump :celeb3:

I got some live rock in there to assist the cycling. Tomorrow I will connect a pump from the 200G sump to the 75G - 100G rubbermaid sump and link the 2 tanks that way.
I hope I don't loose anything!!!
