Hi all, I just tested for iodide using a new salifert test kit. The vial was almost clear, but there might have been a slight yellow coloration. Maybe I have a .01 iodide reading.
So what does that mean and what should I do?
I have a 220g mixed reef with approx 30g in the sump. Sps, LPS, shrooms, etc. 2x 300w cheap led. It's been up and running for almost a year. Corals look good. No real issues in a while. Though I want to say coral growth has slowed down. BUT that could just be me.

I recently added a doser and am dosing for Kh and Ca. Levels were between 7-10dkh and 400-470 Ca over the last year before the doser. I keep a refugium light on when the display lights go off. So my ph has been pretty stable. I'm waiting for a Mg test kit to come in. I occasionally add 20g of seachem Mg, but it's been a while.
