Just transferred another of my largest carpets, how long to acclimate to leds?

Moved the second largest haddoni I have. Moved him quite a bit to get him to a good spot right after putting him. He has now fully burried his foot, but mouth is inflated/ sticking out and he is looking on the smaller side.

He went from 2x 400 watt mh radiums to hydra 52s.

How long should I let him acclimate to the lights/ how long is too long for him not to look normal after a move to a new tank? The others I moved I did at night time, and they were perfect (still are) and didn't acclimate them to the lights at all

Might be important to add, even though foot is buried - mouth is open the size of maybe 2 half dollars next to each other on the first night so far

I don't think you need to acclimate him to the light. I would not. Pictures?
