k-z kalium test no good

hello,

I have contacted your store by phone and email about a bad k-z kalium test kit (test water stays clear and does not milk) and have yet to get an answer about how this will be handled by your store. I recieved the kit Friday the 12th and called monday talked to scott, emailed thursday that week got a reply from scott with no answer.
