I need to get rid of mine soon. Bought it when it was merely 3" a couple months ago and it's now 6-7".

Ya, I didn't expect to have mostly all of a 180g reef tank devoted solely to one very unpredictable brown aquatic garbage disposal. Many people don't realize anemones get big and most hosting ones will eventually need their own tank. It definitely limits what I can keep in my 180. I've had 8 fish under 3'' just disappear in the last 2 months.

Davocean, is yours in your 180? Do you have a full tank pic? I'd like to see what else your keeping with such a large nem. Have you had any problems adding small fish?

Both my LTA (M.doreensis)and Sebae(H. crispa) were in a 90g for about 3years before first swap to 180g, and it that another 2.5 years, 5.5 total.
Small fish no prob w/ both, even mandarins, but I did have a couple baby blond naso's that just stupidly swam straight into nem on intro, only fish loss.
Mixed reef, sps no prob, but used carbon.
Unfortunately had to downsize, so both those nems went w/ system, but I have a new pink LTA in new tank(67g solana xl), and may build a nem species tank in my new 60g cube I'm about to get friday.

My Kole Tang did the same thing but luckily its not a haddoni and he got free. One of my MIA anthias just appeared tonight after about 5 days so I'm glad the H. crispa didn't get them all.
