Do you have a GFI outlet on your set up that Equipment Is plugged Into? Also If your getting Shocked I would return that Pump to the MFG, As that Is dangerous, Seriously...

Yes, I do have a GFCI outlet on my setup, currently, but I might have pulled the faulty pumps before I got my outlet's completely converted to GFCI.

I should return them, but It's been so long now, I'm sure that they are out of warranty. Haven't used the bad ones in over a year. Planning on replacing my 2 Seios and my last two Ks with Vortech.

Koralias have a 2 year warranty..so if your close, give them a call.

I currently have a on going issue with Koralia. I'm waiting on a return email from them before I go any further in detail about it though. I do have the person u will need to contact email if you decide to pursue dealing with the Manufacture.

I have been running my maxi jets for like 6+ yrs. Mag pumps for 5+ yrs. Both kept going....Koralias for about 4 yrs before it died. Replaced it recently. not too bad the length of time it lasted. Sometimes you get what you paid for....
