Kore 5th Doser help

This is my first Doser and I've never been able to get it to dose right. Its been setup for three weeks. I calibrate about twice a week. I've tried every thing I can think of, check valves, longer lines, shorter lines, using different pumps, changing pump locations.
The output lines keep dripping all day. I've over dosed zeostart.
Its not pulling out of the container, but I start getting air in the lines, and eventually the lines go empty.
I'm at a loss.

Sorry for the crappy pictures

Sorry I should clarify. When it doses, it doses the dosesd amount, and pulls from the conainer. When it drips, it is not siphoning from the container. It seems its dripping into my sump and into the container.

About your issue - maybe you not mounted check valves?
There cant be siphoning effect with that kind of pump heads(3 rollers) but if your tubings are quite long - check valves should help.
For more advanced troubleshooting pls contact with our service(sending them info about your doser config/installed firmware version and app - Win/Mac OS X revision).
Im sure that they will help you and explain everything.

So, I've been in contact with Pacific Sun through e-mail. I reconfigured everything. I have check valves on both ends, I put new larger connections on the pump ends. I even tried putting the larger Pharmed tubing in one of the pump heads. Nothing is working.
I only have the middle pump primed, and it is not in the water so I can see how much is dripping. You can see the in line is empty and the out is getting there.

Here is how its all setup.

I just don't get it. What am I doing wrong.

I have seen that happen when my doser was sitting over my sump. The ID of tubing that came with the doser allows air in causing the fluid to leak out. My suggestion would be to find a piece of tubing with really small ID (like those hollow mixing sticks at starbucks) and insert them at the end of the main tubing. This should prevent air from entering the tubing and letting the fluid leak out.

I can't picture what you are saying. Where is your Doser mounted now?

Here is my setup: I am using a dropdoser which seems to keep anything from dripping out of the lines.

Thank you. I'm using the Dropdose also. What kind of lines are you using? And did moving your Doser to below sump level help? I was using the Bottle holder but read somewhere that your containers should be below the output.

I am using the soft opaque tubing that came with the doser, I don't know if it only comes with pro version. Try adding an adjustable air line valves, right before the lines go into the dropdoser. That might restrict the lines enough to keep air from getting it to the lines.

I think I've figured it out. I was not getting all the air out when I would prime the lines. With the lines being white, it was impossible to see inside. I couldn't find any clear silicone locally, so I got some clear airline. It takes a little bit of time and finagling to get the air out.

Thank you guys for your help, especially Pacific Sun for putting up with me.
Now if I could just get the software run right :)

Yeah me too.
But did you get my email a little while ago? I get an error message anytime I refresh all settings or read dose settings.

Apparently I have not figured it out. I don't know what the problem is. The only thing I think of is the pump lines are sucking in air, or pump heads are bad.
The liquid doesn't stay in the pump lines. I had to turn off because my alkalinity kept rising. They drip on both sides (fluid back to container and into sump.).
I'm at a loss. I've attached more pics.
Please someone let me know what I'm doing wrong.uploadfromtaptalk1436808473363.jpguploadfromtaptalk1436808523402.jpg

Just of curiosity. Does all the pumps do the same issue?
