LA Copperband

I know there is nothing currently being held for a DD release in regards to copperbands. However, my question is in regards to the Copperbands which are available through regular Liveaquaria. Are they already eating before they are sold? I wouldn't even bother asking this question if it was a DD specimen, as I already know the answer. Thank you.
