Well, you take some coral frags and they sentence you to probation or even doing time.
You mess up the whole golf with an oil spill because you wanted to save a few bucks on safety measures and you go free ...
It's really a joke.

I am not involved with the case and have not follow it other than he was caught. A $350.00 value... How many corals can that be?
