Led overkill???

A buddy of mine is selling his Hydra HD 26's he has 3, I told him I wanted two but now I'm thinking I should take all 3, you guys think 3 would be overkill over a 4 foot tank??? Thoughts?

Would be fine. I had three over my four foot shallow, percentages turned low into the 40-50 range. How deep is the tank?

the tank is 4x2x2... the only thing that sucks is that center brace, BUT i think I may get them all, can't beat the price!

Lol. That's the thing about leds. You need lots for good coverage.
