Rishma, at the moment I'm experimenting with dosing of Particulate Organic Matter combined with Dissolved Organic Matter.
Several Carbon sources are added to keep DOM levels down and convert them to bacterioplancton.
More about this subject in the future on my blog when I determine the right amounts.

:lol: Haha, it's not a teaser or something like that. I just experimenting a lot so I don't have a exact dosing at the moment.

I posted the amounts I used to dose a few pages back:

My dosing schedule right now:

Prodibio every two weeks 1 ampule
0,2 gram Table sugar/day
0,25 ml Vodka/day
0,25 ml Vinegar/day

Sometimes the amounts are changed in relation to SPS color.

That's so funny you say that. I just started using the RE Alpha 250 and had problems with it overflowing two days in a row. At the time it had me worried because I couldn't figure out why it was overflowing. After reading your post I remembered seeing my tuxedo urchins spawning around that time but didn't put two and two together.
